This was the first year we organised anything for the 'Buy Nothing Day' in Ljubljana (Slovenia) and even that we decided three weeks prior to that. Anyway, we postered (around 400 posters) the city centre with beautifully designed posters (files will probably be available next week if anybody's interested) and we did a special theme radio-show on the local 'independent' radio station (Radio Student).
We wanted to do other things, too, but we found ourselves lacking of dedicated activists or just people who would be willing to do something. We definitely plan to make it a lot bigger next year, plus other actions that we will be organising (e.g. critical mass actions) are linked to the overconsumption concept anyway. There still are chances we will do some other actions this December, but more about this if/when they happen.
