PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER COUNTRIESThe 1st Annual Okinawa BND Zenta sitting was fun.
I sat in the center of a large shopping area called Mihama American Village -- it's frequented by both American and Japanese shoppers. I was sitting in meditation for about 1.5 hours before someone came and asked me to move due to a scheduled event in that space. Still, it was noticed for sure. People walked by, smiled, laughed, asked for literature, took a copy of the "shopping checklist" and even asked me a few questions. Next year I plan on expanding the event to a larger group of Santas and elves to hand out flyers (probably my students!).

First time BND in the Phillippines
This is the first time we organized a BND in the Philippines! It was great, we have lots of fun! I get my hands all dirty because we spray paint and we posterized half of Manila. Our BND is 28-29. On the 28 we were in the SM MegaMall and it was really sad, we were with 19 punks and all scattered in the mall giving away leaflets and carry Banners and we got chased by the Security guards and some cops. I gave away some posters in the punk gig that night to promote BND and we call it a wrap. Today our plan for BND is to Bombard Another SM mall. and my Band N4S is booked in a punk gig to celebrate BND in Bagong Barrio we also plan to have a discussion panel in this event. We would like to extend our BND a few more days because it was really fun.
